The Strategy Room is a subscription-based strategy consulting service. Members get access to an experienced senior strategist through a conversational interface, along with a personal Strategy Room that organizes findings, recommended moves, and action plans specific to their business.
Anyone can start a strategy session without creating an account. There's no obligation and no credit card required. Session data from a free session is not retained unless you choose to sign up — at which point the conversation becomes the foundation of your Strategy Room.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Two tiers are available:
Billing is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
Founder's Review is an optional add-on available to members on either tier. Each request covers one written strategic assessment. The scope is defined at the time of purchase and is limited to that specific request.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Access continues through the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, your data enters a 30-day archive period during which you can export everything. Data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
The service is for legitimate business strategy purposes. You may not use automated tools to access or scrape the service, resell access to other parties, or use the service in ways that violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You own your business data and the content of your conversations. We don't claim ownership of anything you bring to or create within the service.
The Strategy Room owns its methodology, system design, software, and the approach used to generate strategic analysis. These are not licensed to members and may not be reproduced or reverse-engineered.
The service provides strategic thinking and recommendations based on the information you share. We stand behind the quality of the strategic analysis, but business results depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms or in strategy sessions constitutes a guarantee of specific business outcomes.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll notify active members by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
